Joshua Adeyemi

Joshua joined CleverSchool in Year 7 with a quiet curiosity for how things worked. By Year 11, he had designed and built his own working prototype for an eco-friendly water filtration system.

Fuelled by the school’s strong emphasis on STEM and supported by his teachers, Joshua took part in national design competitions, represented CleverSchool at regional science fairs, and became a regular at the school’s lunchtime Robotics Club.

His favourite project? Collaborating with a local engineering firm through the school’s Work Experience Programme — where he gained real insight into the field he now hopes to pursue.

Joshua has now chosen to stay at CleverSchool for Sixth Form, focusing on Physics, Maths, and Design Technology. His ambition? To one day become a mechanical engineer creating solutions that help communities around the world.
